At Eloura, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your order.

Order Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been packed or shipped.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery and it will be returned to us.

How to Cancel

• Simply email us at support@myeloura.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation and we’ll cancel your order. 
• You can also cancel your order from under my account > orders > select the order you wish to cancel > cancel it.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For COD: No charges apply. Just ignore the delivery if it hasn’t been accepted.
