At Eloura, we know your order isn’t just a package, it’s a personal moment. That’s why we prioritize safe, fast, and discreet delivery to your doorstep.
Orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are shipped the next working day.
We ship from multiple warehouses (Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai) to reduce delivery time.

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹75 flat COD fee
Your privacy is non-negotiable. Every order is packed in plain, tamper-proof packaging — no logos, no product names, nothing revealing.
Once your order ships, you’ll get:

Real-time updates when your order is shipped, out for delivery, and delivered

If your pincode is unserviceable, our support team will reach out with alternatives or process a full refund.

In case of suspected tampering, we recommend recording a video while opening the package
If you receive an SMS/email saying "delivered" but haven’t received the order, contact us within 24 hours

We work with trusted 3rd-party courier services like Delhivery, BlueDart, and Shiprocket. While we aim for timely delivery, Eloura is not liable for courier delays.

Q: When will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days. Remote areas may take up to 7.
Q: Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. No branding, no product name. Just a clean, plain box.
Q: Who delivers the order?
We ship via leading logistics partners like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart.
Q: Is COD available?
Yes! COD is available at a ₹75 fee. Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — if the order hasn’t shipped. Email us ASAP with your order ID and new address at support@myeloura.com
Q: What if I miss the delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undelivered, the package returns to us. We can re-ship after you pay the additional shipping fee.
Q: My pincode isn’t serviceable. What now?
Our team will either:
Try an alternate courier, or
Issue a full refund
